By accessing this site or using any of it's features or services, you
agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Unauthorized access to or use of any files or services
on this site or the server it's hosted on is prohibited. Any attempts
to access restricted files without authorization or to alter this site
or any of it's files without authorization will be reported to the appropriate
authorities, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- Outright is a youth organization for youth under 22
(26 for APEX). To preserve the safe environment for our youth
participants,
persons older than 22 years of age (26 for APEX) must refrain from
joining the youth-centered chat/discussion areas.
- Providing false information regarding your identity
or age is prohibited. You may not post to the mailing list using
a false
name, a false email address, or an email address that is not yours.
(As outlined in our Privacy Policy, your real name and email
address will not be shared with anyone other than Outright staff
and site management.) Some sections of the site may be restricted
to access by youth, as
noted
above. Use of these areas by persons older than the stated maximum
age without specific authorization will be considered unauthorized,
and
may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
- Outright L/A and PreventionWorks HRS reserve the right
to revoke any user's access to the site for any reason, and there is
no guarantee that any services on this site will always be accessible
to you or anyone else.
- Posting of inappropriate or derogatory remarks or
other content to
the mailing list or chat/discussion areas is prohibited.
Posting of pornographic materials in any area of this site is prohibited.
Users posting such material will be blocked from future posting
or
entirely
excluded
from
these
areas,
at
the
discretion
of Outright
staff and the
site administrator.
- Posting of illegal content is prohibited. Users posting
illegal content will be barred from accessing the mailing list
and/or
chat/discussion areas, and will be referred to the appropriate legal
authorities. Illegal content includes, but is not limited to,
unauthorized posting of copyrighted
materials, trade secrets, or other confidential or proprietary information,
as well as posting of child pornography.
- This site and it's contents are copyright by Phillip
R. Paradis (the designer), Outright Lewiston/Auburn and PreventionWorks
Harm Reduction Services. Unless otherwise noted, you may not copy or
distribute this site or it's contents for profit or otherwise without
written consent.
- The mailing list and discussion/chat areas are considered
confidential. Do not forward posts made by individual users to others
without first obtaining the sender's consent. Do not reveal the identities
of other users to third parties without consent.
- Outright Lewiston/Auburn takes great effort to prevent
any pornographic, derogatory or other inappropriate material
is not posted to our site, and to prevent such material from
being linked to from within our site. However, many of the sites
we link to are outside of our control, and thus, we cannot prevent
another site's owner from posting such material to their own
site, or from linking their site to such material. In addition,
we have no control whatsoever as to who establishes links from
their
sites
to ours.
Should
a visitor
to our site
discover that a site we link to contains or links to inappropriate
material, we would appreciate being informed as soon as possible,
so that we may remove our link. Such material may be reported
to us via our contact form or via email to webmaster@outrightla.org.
