To add an event to our calendar, please complete the form below and click the Submit button. We will review your request prior to adding it to the calendar. Fields with a * are required.

* Event Title Please enter the title for your event that will appear on the home page on the day(s) of your event.
* Event Description Please enter a description for your event, which will appear under the event title in the Calendar page.
* Event Date Please enter the date on which your event occurs. Dates should be entered in the form YYYY-MM-DD.
* Event Time Please enter the time your event starts. This field uses 24 hour time; for events in the afternoon or evening, please remember to use 24 hour time (e.g. 13:00 for 1:00 PM, etc)
Event Duration Enter the duration of your event in the form HH:MM.
Recurrence We currently support events that recur weekly on a given weekday, and monthly on a given day of the month. Other recurring events will need to be entered once for each instance.	None (One Time Only) Weekly Monthly
